Experienced project team leader on multiple pipeline projects with different drug modalities, including small molecule inhibitor/modulator, mAb, afucosylated mAb, bispecific, multi-specific, antibody oligonucleotide conjugate, antibody drug conjugate, lipid drug conjugate, liposome, lipid nanoparticle, antibody-conjugated lipid nanoparticles with various payloads (small molecules, peptides, hormones, and various RNA moieties) and in vivo cell engineering (in vivo CAR T, etc.). Expert with 18+ years of experience in both in vitro and in vivo assay development and clinical biomarker studies for clinical samples.
